A CENTRAL Queensland motorist took the game 'stuck in the mud' to the next level recently when he got his pride and joy bogged in Fisherman's Creek.

Photos posted by a local fisherman and boatie circulated on social media this week of a near-new H3 Hummer bogged and left upstream from Sandy Point in Fishing Creek, in the Farnborough area.

Reports suggest the Hummer, which retails around $50,000, has been stuck in the creek since at least Saturday.

Due to its colour, the Hummer is becoming quite a hazard to water-way users due to visibility when the tide rises.

The Morning Bulletin understands Queensland Marine Park authorities are working with the owner of the vehicle to remove it from the creek but attempts to contact the Marine Park authorities have been unsuccessful.

It is unknown when the Hummer will be removed from the creek.
