Watch as neglected dog finds new lease on life

WOULD your dog be OK if something happened to you?
An American animal rescue charity has helped a dog feel love for the first time in 12 months, following the death of its owner.

The team finds the poodle they eventually name Woody huddle beneath a shed.

They can "feel every bone in its body".

Once rescued from its dark and damp hidey-hole, the process begins to help him recover.

WATCH as Woody the dog is given a new lease on life.
