VIDEO: Out-of-control plane almost smashes into boaties

THIS might be the closest call you'll ever see.

Three men in a boat capture the moment a plane, seemingly about to crash, comes terrifying close to killing all on board.

The footage was caught by one of the men holding a selfie stick, attempting to film the wake from their speeding boat.

Out of nowhere a plane swoops down with one wing almost in the water as the pilot struggles to save all their lives.

You can hear the panicked shouts of the boaties as the heart-stopping incident unfolds, giving them no time to react.

At the last second, the pilot regains control and flies high above them and away.

The Daily Mail reports the men were part of a fishing festival in Argentina: Largada Fiesta del Surubi in Goya.
