Century 21 Plateau Lifestyle Alstonville principal Noel Outerbridge was presented the prestigious Centurion Award by Century 21 Australia owner Charles Tarbey.
Mr Outerbridge said it was fantastic to receive two awards on Saturday at a red carpet gala event in Brisbane.
"I won both the Centurion Award for sales in 2013 and a platinum award for sales in the fourth quarter of 2013," he said.
"It was an amazing night... it was certainly somewhat overwhelming, and a bit hard to take it all in."
This was Mr Outerbridge's second Centurion Award following his 2006 triumph.
Mr Outerbridge was competing against sales consultants in more than 6700 Century 21 offices worldwide
In his 10 years as a real estate agent, Mr Outerbridge has collected 25 awards from Century 21, and credits his success to hard work and innovative marketing.
"I do a lot of travelling, I make contact with a lot of potential purchasers and I do travel long distances to make contact with clients.
"I have a large number of websites I can advertise on and I run voiceover videos on some properties as well which is handy for potential purchasers who can't make (it to) an open house.
"I have some new technology coming online soon that will be more interactive with potential purchasers as well."
Mr Outerbridge also credited his staff for his success.
"I want to acknowledge and thank the great staff in my office at Century 21 Plateau Lifestyle Alstonville that have assisted me at all times, always striving to maintain a high level of service to our clients."
