Teenager in hospital after being stabbed in schoolyard
A TEENAGER remained in hospital on Monday night and another was being questioned by police following a schoolyard stabbing in southern New South Wales.
Police were called to a high school at Nowra after a 14-year-old boy was stabbed in the chest on school grounds.
He was taken to the Sydney Children's Hospital in a stable condition.
A 14-year-old boy was arrested at the scene but later released.
A 13-year-old later attended the local police station with his mother and was assisting police with their inquiries.
