Suspicious fire causes more than $500k in damages

A WAREHOUSE gutted by a suspicious fire in Sydney's south on Wednesday is expected to cost more than $500,000 to repair.

Significant structural damage was done to the Unanderra building before firefighters could control the blaze.

While the cause of the fire is not yet known, police believe it may have been deliberately lit.

A crime scene as been established.
