Supreme Court: NSW Gov must pay Metgasco's legal bills

METGASCO has confirmed that it is pursuing the recovery of its legal costs following the decision by the NSW Supreme Court to reinstate its right to drill the Rosella E01 well.

The NSW Government has said that it is not going to appeal the decision to reinstate the drilling rights.

The Supreme Court have awarded costs against the NSW Government, meaning the government will now have to cover the bulk of Metgasco's $360,000 legal fees.
