AUSTRALIA'S smallest post office is on the market, three months after its grand reopening.
Rock Valley Post Office owners Paul and Lisa Dooner said they were struggling to make the business work, with kids at school.
"I think it would suit somebody semi-retired or an artist or jewellery-maker, who could set it up as a studio and also do the postal stuff," Mr Dooner said.
"Australia Post only required us to be here two hours a day, so whoever takes it over can set the hours they want."
The boutique business also stocks basic grocery items and lollies.
The building was rebuilt with a grant from the Sydney Royal Agriculture Society, after it burnt down in 2012. The building and land are owned by the Rock Valley Hall Committee.
Mr Dooner's grandmother was the postmistress in the 1970s and he said it was always something he wanted to try.
