Soccer club to party

THIS year Ballina Soccer Club celebrates its 40th anniversary.


This promises to be an exciting year, with new club president Todd Jones busy making plans to celebrate the important milestone.


The Premier Division squad has commenced training and they have trial games scheduled for the next two weeks before the Anzac Cup knockout competition which commences in early March.


Ballina have retained coach Rod Troughton, who will look to build on last year’s successes.


The Premiers and Premier Reserves finished in fourth and second place in the pointscore.
 

The club’s second junior sign on day this Saturday from 11am – 1pm.


Junior registrations will be at Saunders Oval.
