Shannon Noll charged with assault outside strip club

CROONER Shannon Noll has reportedly been charged with assault over an incident outside an Adelaide strip club.

The singer, who waltzed to fame competing on Australian Idol, will face an Adelaide court on February 24 according to Adelaide media.

Nine News Adelaide reported the singer, known as Nollsie, was arrested outside the Crazy Horse strip club in central Adelaide early on Sunday morning.

A witness told Nine News Shannon Noll told bouncers to let him back into the club. 

Nollsie's been part of the Red Hot Summer Tour, and had performed at Sounds By The River in Mannum alongside Horses crooner Daryl Braithwaite on Saturday night.
