Second Labor MP accused of domestic violence
ANOTHER member of the Palaszczuk Government has been accused of domestic violence against their former partner.
Fairfax Media can reveal a woman contacted the Premier after reading of the Billy Gordon affair and felt compelled to come forward.
She did not identify the person involved, giving only a description of a former job, adding "my abuser is now a member of your government and he is not Billy Gordon".
"My former partner habitually assaulted me with his fists, leather straps and any other implement that was handy," she wrote.
"...In light of your attitude to the Gordon matter I believe my experience should be made public."
