Relive your wedding memories

RESIDENTS of the Ballina Shire have answered the call to relive wedding memories with photos and gowns in the latest exhibition at Crawford House Museum at Alstonville.

The exhibition is called Gowns, Veils, Vows and Ties: The Rituals that Bind, and features wedding costumes, ephemera and the rituals, past and present, associated with marriage.

Visitors are invited to come along and learn more about kitchen teas, banns, wedding showers and tin kettling.

The museum is at 10 Wardell Rd, Alstonville, and opens Sundays, 1-4pm.
