Police want help finding man accused of assaulting partner

POLICE have appealed for help tracking down a man wanted for offences related to domestic violence.

David Blackstock, also known as John Burns, is wanted on charges of assault and breaching an apprehended violence order.

Posting on their Facebook page, officers from the Richmond Tweed Local Area Command said they believe Blackstock is somewhere around Ballina.

He is described as Caucasian, with a fair complexion, weighing about 60kg and 162cm tall. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
