Police officer charged over domestic incident

A POLICE officer will face Ballina Local Court in June after being charged over a domestic incident.

The male senior constable, who is attached to a specialist command within the Northern Region, was arrested on Saturday, NSW Police Media said. 

He was charged with two counts of stalking/intimidate with intent to cause fear, and resist or hinder police officer in the execution of their duty.

The man has been conditionally bailed to appear at the Ballina Local Court on Thursday June 4, 2015.
