People allegedly involved in Pullen's murder seek adjournment

A LENGTHY adjournment has been sought in relation to five people allegedly involved in the suspected homicide of Timothy Pullen.

Zane Tray Lincoln is charged with murdering Mr Pullen, who went missing in April 2012.

Kiera Jeannette McKay and Nicholas Voorwinden are charged with one count each of manslaughter.

While Stephen Dale Renwick and Luke Shayne Kister have been charged with one count each of accessory after the fact to murder.

Antoinette Morton, of Morton Lawyers, who was acting on behalf of Renwick and McKay, said a substantial brief consisting of more than 500 statements and 4000 pages of telephone intercepts had been received.

It would take time to determine if all the brief had been provided or if additional information was required, Ms Morton said.

Prosecutor Sergeant Sabine Scott asked that all matters be listed for the same day.

It was adjourned to mid April for mention.
