LIVERPOOL goalkeeper Brad Jones has dedicated his penalty save on his Premier League debut to his son Luca, who died of leukaemia in November, aged six.

The Perth-born stopper raised his fist to the heavens after saving Yakubu's spot kick as the 10-man Reds came from behind to win 3-2.

Jones came on after starting Liverpool keeper Alexander Doni had been sent off.
