Pacific Hwy reopened under slow conditions after fatal crash
UPDATE 11.30am: THE Pacific Hwy has reopened under alternating stop/slow conditions following a fatal two vehicle crash at Maclean this morning.
The highway was closed in both directions all morning, but diversions have now been lifted.
UPDATE 9.20am: EMERGENCY services remain at the site of a fatal two vehicle crash at Maclean.
About 6.15am today, a truck and motorcycle collided near the intersection of the Pacific Highway and Cameron Street.
As a result of the crash, the motorcyclist has died at the scene.
The male truck driver was not hurt in the crash.
He was taken to Maclean Hospital for mandatory testing.
Road closures are still in place around the crash site.

UPDATE, 8.40AM: POLICE have confirmed a person has died at the scene of a two-vehicle crash on the Pacific Highway near Maclean.
No gender or age has been released.
The crash happened about 6.15am this morning.
WEDNESDAY 6.50am: THE Pacific Highway is closed in both directions following a reported crash between a truck and a motorcycle.
The crash reportedly occurred at Maclean at around 6.30am.
The road is closed in both directions near Cameron Street.
Emergency services are on their way.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
Northbound motorists are advised to use Summerland Way to Casino and then travel east on the Bruxner Hwy to return to Pacific Hwy.
Southbound motorists are advised to use Bruxner Hwy and then Summerland Way.
