Research: Paracetamol does nothing for back pain

NEW research has revealed the common household pain killer, paracetamol, may be no better than placebos for back pain.

Of the three groups were one given paracetamol, one given a placebo and one given nothing to address their back pain, there was no difference in the outcome.
