
Trinity hearing set for March
THE man charged with murdering school girl Trinity Bates will face a committal hearing at Bundaberg Magistrates Court in March next year.
Bundaberg man Allyn John Slater, 20, stands charged with one count of murder, after the eight-year-old was found dead in a drain near her Walker Street home on February 22.
At Bundaberg Magistrates Court yesterday, Magistrate Jennifer Batts set the matter down for a three-day hearing on March 28-30 next year.
Slater remains in custody.
