TROUBLED professional boxer and swimsuit model Lauryn Eagle has allegedly been caught driving under the influence of drugs in broad daylight.

Eagle was pulled over in a black Audi Q5 for a random drug and alcohol test just before 10am on Wednesday.

Her lawyer Adam Houda rejected suggestions Eagle had taken illicit drugs, and blamed any potential positive reading on prescription drugs.

Police say the 29-year-old was subjected to a random alcohol breath test but she returned a negative result on the side of Henry Lawson Drive at Peakhurst in Sydney's southwest.

She was then asked to do a random drug test and she allegedly returned a positive result for methamphetamine.

Mr Houda denied any wrongdoing on Eagle's behalf.
