Man's body found in Bushland near Casino

POLICE will prepare a report for the Coroner after the body of a man was located near Casino.

About 1.30pm yesterday, police were called to bushland on Durack Circuit, Casino, where they located the body.

The man's death is not considered suspicious.

While a formal identification is yet to take place, the body is believed to be that of a man reported missing from his Casino home last week.

Officers from Richmond Local Area Command have been conducting extensive searches for the 22-year-old since he was reported missing on Wednesday 22 May 2013.
