Man charged with GBH after incident at Millbank

A MAN has been charged with Grievous Bodily Harm after investigations into an incident at Millbank last night.

At around 8.40pm a man was allegedly struck in the head with a metal tool at a Takalvan Street caravan park.

A local man, 48, was transported to the Bundaberg Base Hospital.

A 48-year-old man has also been charged with enter premises and commit indictable offence. He is expected to re-appear in the Bundaberg Magistrates Court on July 1.

Police investigations are continuing.
