FAR North Coast surfers Ben Dickens and Gareth Donovan were standouts in the Lennox Longboard Classic at the weekend.
Dickens won the open nine-foot division in 2013 and was a late entry this year.
Donovan dominated in the Over-30s and is a former two-time Australian champion.
About 100 surfers took to the water over two days of competition.
It is the 17th time the event has been held by the Lennox Longboarders.
Joel Tilley surfed well along with a number of other competitors from Queensland.
Byron Bay surfer Roisin Carolan and Callum Glover were other local standouts along with Scott Channon in open men's.
