INITIAL REPORT: AS we begin the long weekend - and the final weekend of school holidays - there's one thing we can be sure of: Traffic.

It's expected that traffic will bank up in some areas around the region, and we at The Northern Star plan to keep you informed about any delays that occur.

So far, Live Traffic NSW is reporting no delays on any of our local roads, including the Pacific Highway, but we will keep you updated here.
