The matter was adjourned for a committal mention on July 1 - the same day disgraced greyhound trainers Tom Noble, 68, James Harding, 25, and Tony McCabe, 41, are due to reappear.

The charges followed an ABC Four Corners expose on the use of live animal baiting in greyhound training, which caused outrage and rocked the industry nationwide.
