Having fun for Our Kids

THERE was plenty of action at Missingham Park at Ballina last Sunday as families made the most of the Our Kids Day Out.

With plenty of entertainment - including Ronald McDonald, reptile awareness displays and crowd favourites the Balloon Kings - there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Kids were also entertained with face painting, art sessions and the chance to sit in a police car, fire engine and the SES inflatable boat.

The Lions put on a sausage sizzle.

The event helped raise funds to purchase paediatric equipment for local hospitals.
