Dentist charged with torture, bodily harm, to face court
A GYMPIE dentist charged with assault causing bodily harm, deprivation of liberty and torture, will face trial in the Gympie District Court.
Jebson John Pidgeon Herrod, 35, was committed by consent last Wednesday in Gympie.
He faces eight charges which also include common assault and assault causing bodily harm (domestic violence offence).
The District Court will sit in Gympie from August 22.
