Great Gatsby a video game...?
SOME enterprising souls have made every literary fan's dream a reality - turning F. Scott Fitzgerald's masterpiece into a Nintendo-inspired game.
Featuring the novel's narrator Nick Carraway as a Mario-esque figure hurling bowler hats at waiters, the game is both a homage to an outstanding book and a functional tribute to the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES for the stalwarts).
The Great Gatsby the novel has become a standard text in high school and university courses on American literature in countries around the world and is ranked as one of the defining novels of the 20th Century.
The game can be found at greatgatsbygame.com.
