GOLD Coast United will not be a part of the A-League next season.

Football Federation Australia believes the level of public and corporate support on the Gold Coast for a team falls below the minimum requirements for a professional club.

A viable business plan and adequate investment have also failed to materialised over the past six weeks since the termination of the club's license.

All Whites goalkeeper Glen Moss will return to the Wellington Phoenix- from the Gold Coast - after signing a three year deal beginning at the start of the next A-League season.
