Gold Coast Detectives investigating the suspicious death of a man at Gilston have identified the victim as 37-year-old Shyam Dhody aka Sam Dhody.

Gold Coast murder investigation comes to Bribie Island
GOLD Coast detectives have executed a search warrant on a Bribie Island address in relation to the murder of Gold Coast man Shyam Dhody.
Detectives also executed search warrants at two addresses in Lismore in New South Wales
Several items of interest were seized for forensic examination.
The body of 37-year-old Dhody was found in a home at Gilston on the Gold Coast earlier this month.
Investigations are continuing.
