Megan Gale stuns as she crashes football celebration
TWO pythons bumped into a Gale.
No it's not a bad one-liner - it's just the story of a group of amateur footballers and their brief brush with celebrity in Noosa.
The Pine Hills Football Club, aka the Pythons, were up on the Coast celebrating a successful season in the Brisbane over-35 soccer competition, having won the grand final after finishing third on the ladder.
A relaxing Saturday at the Noosa surf club left a few of the lads speechless after they bumped into Australian model Megan Gale (right and inset).
Simon Brodie, a member of the grand final-winning side, said the chance encounter had put the icing on the cake of yet another memorable season for the Pine Hills team.

"Yeah, it was a very good weekend," he said.
After soaking up a cracking atmosphere in the midst of a beach volleyball competition on the same trip last year, the side was again treated when Gale posed for a few quick photos with the guys and their grand final trophy.
With the Pythons hoping to enter a nationwide Masters competition next year as well, who knows what celebs they might bump into in Noosa on their next celebratory trip to town.
