Love art, butt sometimes it can be so cheeky!
BUDDING Ipswich artists are being exposed to the creative world of life drawing thanks to a series of art classes being offered at Arts Alive Ipswich.
As the first private art school established in Ipswich, the venue has provided quality art courses and tuition to students of all ages and skill levels.
Growing in popularity, the East Ipswich studio is encouraging more art enthusiasts to discover their artistic flair with its new Try It Art! program.
The initiative will include a set of introductory short courses in basic drawing to be held across three weeks in April.
It offers classes for both adults and children, which explore a range of mediums and techniques.
Arts Alive director Suzanne Matulich said students could learn all about how to transfer what they saw on to paper - and have fun in the process.
"An experienced, qualified teacher with great skills will make people feel comfortable while trying something new, in a warm and welcoming environment," she said.
Classes will be held on Tuesday April 8, 15, 22 or Wednesday April 9, 16, 23 at either 1-3pm or 6-8pm.
The next term of adult classes also starts on April 28.
