Day Care Centre open soon

ST FRANCIS Xavier Parish, Ballina, has announced that the new St Anne’s Long Day Care Centre is on track to open at end of January, with Early Childhood Educator Narelle Dewhurst as the centre director.

Narelle said that early childhood is a vital period in a child’s learning and development, and accordingly the centre will provide an environment that is stimulating, nurturing and welcoming for children, parents and staff.

St Anne’s is enrolling children aged from 6 weeks to 6 years, and will be open from Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 6pm for a minimum of 48 weeks each year.

The centre, with five playrooms, is currently being completed, and is scheduled to be finished by mid-December.
