DASH CAM: Motorist pulls driver from truck crash

A MAN who pulled a driver from a truck rollover on the Sunshine Coast filmed the spectacular crash on dash cam before his heroic rescue.

The logging truck overturned while taking a bend on Roys Rd just east of Beerwah.

A motorist with a dash cam fitted to their vehicle was only metres from the bend when the crash occurred.

The truck can be seen coming around the corner before veering off the road and overturning, sending a large cloud of dust up into the air.

"Driver may have been going a bit fast for the corner," he explains on the public Facebook post.

"It was weird having to climb over the bonnet of the still running truck to help the driver get out."
