A TOOWOOMBA mother and her children have been left devastated after thieves stole a new trampoline intended for therapy.

Tash Burns is appealing for the thieves to bring back the stolen trampoline - or for anyone with any information to come forward.

"I'm just horrified," she said.

She said the family received the trampoline last week from the Cerebral Palsy League Toowoomba through its Better Start funding as two of her six daughters had cerebral palsy.

"I wash a fair bit, I've got six girls, and when I was doing the washing I noticed the boxes the trampoline was in was gone," she said.

"I thought it was strange the door swung right open.

"The boxes were gone and I looked in the backyard and thought who would have been so horrible to take my children's trampoline they need for therapy?"

She said the trampoline was a spring-free specialised piece of equipment and was to help with Jessie and Gracie's therapy.
