Creek search for Chantal Barnett to continue today

THE police dive squad will continue their search of south Rockhampton's Bowlin Rd today in their efforts to try to find suspected murder victim Chantal Barnett.

The police dive squad failed yesterday to find evidence in Woolwash Creek relating to the disappearance of Ms Barnett and murder victim Robert Martinez.

Det Snr Sgt Scott Moon said the dive squad, in their search of the estuary, found a pelican skull. They will continue their thorough search of the area today. Police are likely to update the media of their search today.
