Cops v cops in charity football games

POLICE from the Richmond and Tweed/Byron Local Area Commands will clash in touch footy and rugby league matches at Kingsford Smith Park, Ballina, on March 24.

The day will be held in memory of the late police officer, Bryson Anderson, who was killed in the line of duty. The first game at 3pm is a mixed touch football match, followed by the main game of rugby league.

Following the football game, there will be a sports memorabilia auction.
