Cops search for missing man after fatal Croydon crash

POLICE and emergency crews are desperate to find a man who disappeared after a fatal car crash near Croydon in Queensland last night.

The 25-year-old passenger has not been since the 20-year-old man who was driving their car died in the single vehicle crash on Claraville-Croydon Road, Croydon, just after 6pm.

"The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene," Queensland Police said in a media statement.

"Police and emergency crews are continuing a search for the missing passenger with an aerial and ground search underway this morning." - ARM NEWSDESK
