Carols ring out across the region

TRINITY Catholic College student Alex Pereira, 15, is looking forward to performing in his first Christmas Carols concert in Lismore this coming week.

The Year 10 student is a vocal bass soloist and will be performing Paul Kelly's How to make Gravy and Mary, Did You Know? at the annual event.

Lismore families are invited to get into the Christmas spirit at the 2016 Shopbaby Carols in the Heart on Sunday, December 11 at Oakes Oval from 4pm.

Ballina and District Ministers' Association Riverside Carols will be at Kingsford Smith Park from 6.30pm on Sunday, December 11.

Woodburn Carols by Candlelight will take place in the Riverside Park on Saturday, December 10 from 7pm.

The annual Casino Lions Club Carols by Candlelight celebrations will be held at the BIG4 Casino Resort on December 11 at 5pm.

The annual Evans Head community carols will be held on December 14 at the Evans Head Surf Lifesaving Club from 7pm to 8.30pm.

Alstonville's Christmas in the Park at Elizabeth Ann Brown Park will be tomorrow at 4.30pm.

Coraki will have their carols at the Coraki Hotel at 6.30pm on Saturday, December 17.

Byron Carols by the Sea will be tomorrow at 6.30pm to 8.30pm in Apex Park.
