Caitlyn Jenner's reality show confirmed

CAITLYN Jenner is to star in an eight-part reality show called 'I Am Cait'.

The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star - who was known as Bruce Jenner before undergoing gender transition - and her friends and family will explore her "new normal" as she lives her life as a woman in the E! program.

A trailer for the show aired earlier on Wednesday and saw Caitlyn muse about "blending in" with society.

Driving through the city with a friend, she said: "Isn't it great that maybe someday you'll be normal? Just blend into society."

Her companion replied: "You are normal."

Caitlyn said: "Put it this way, I'm the new normal."

Another scene from the trailer showed the 65-year-old star wearing a robe and applying make-up in front of a cosmetics-stewn vanity unit and discussing the "pressure" of maintaining her appearance.

Applying lipgloss in front of a mirror, she said: "You start learning the pressure that women are under all the time about their appearance.

"We're out into the world. It's so great out there."

It will air on E! channels internationally in over 120 countries.
