Bowditch loving his time at the Four Seasons

FORMER Sunshine Coast golfer Steven Bowditch has added another chapter to his love affair with the TPC Four Seasons Resort in Irving, Texas.

The 31-year-old married wife Amanda at the Resort in 2011, and now he has some victory photos to go with the wedding snaps after returning to the course to take out the Byron Nelson Championship by four strokes from American trio Charley Hoffman, Jimmy Walker and Scott Pinckney.

Bowditch fired a final-round five-under-par 64 on the layout shortened by rain, finishing on 18-under and earning $A1.63 million for his efforts.

"This is a pretty special place for myself and my wife," Bowditch said after tapping in the winning putt on the 18th green.

"We took some wedding pictures here. Now we get to take some more pictures."

It was the second win on the PGA Tour for Bowditch after he took out the Texas Open in March last year.
