The Wallabies stripped off for a dip at Caloundra this morning as part of their preparation for Rugby Championship and Rugby World Cup matches.

The team is on the Coast until Friday training across the region, with a base at Sunshine Coast Stadium.

The boys arrived at Bulcock Esplanade in two groups for some stretching work on the grass, before taking the plunge into the crisp ocean.

The casual session attracted a crowd of about 100 locals keen to catch their rugby heroes in action.

Some players were a little hesitant to get down to the shorts for the dip, but luckily they had the benefit of warm Queensland weather to see them through.

The Wallabies leave the Coast on Friday.
