JEEP enthusiasts are wrangling their way through the Coffs Coast hinterland this weekend.

A major event on the national calendar, the Coffs Jeep Camp, will see drivers and vehicles of all shapes and sizes coming together for demonstrations, shows and tests which push the vehicles to their limits.

Local identity and editor of Jeep Action Magazine, Michael Bowen, said the success of previous jeep outings in the area made it an easy decision to have the camp at Nana Glen.

"There will be Jeeps of all kinds here for the weekend. From new ones to customised Second World War ones," Michael said.

"This time it'll be our 10th year of hosting the Jeep Action Coffs camp. It's a great opportunity for Jeep owners around Australia to come out here and take advantage of all the great tracks Nana Glen has to offer.

"It's a good time for everyone and it'll be catered locally and be generally a great weekend.

The Jeep Action Magazine Coffs Camp is held at the Nana Glen Sports and Equestrian Centre until Tuesday.
