HOLDING 27 chips worth $100,000 each at Perth casino, Nigel was cracking jokes when the cashier asked 'cash or cheque?'
The Perth father of two had just won $2.7mill- ion on a $10 bet on Texas Holdem Poker. "Geez, I should have brought a bigger bag," he told radio station 6iX yesterday.
Nigel, 45, said he was playing roulette when he turned to Texas Holdem Poker.
"I've got the greatest job in Australia - so what I will do is semi-retire, I'll work five days instead of seven, and I'll put the money in the bank," he said.
