NO one in the Socceroos camp has written off Harry Kewell appearing at next year's World Cup, if the Aussies make it.

And the 34-year-old's chances of being there increased yesterday, after signing with the Melbourne Heart for the 2013/14 season.

It will be the attacking midfielder's second stint in the A-League, after he spent 2011-12 with Melbourne Victory.

"(Heart coach) John Aloisi and I have known each other a long time and we have played together, so I'm thrilled to be part of Melbourne Heart at an exciting time," Kewell said.
