All NRL teams sign up for 2015 Auckland Nines

ALL 16 NRL teams have committed to next year's Auckland Nines tournament which will be held at Eden Park in Auckland on January 31 and February 1.

The event, won this year by the North Queensland Cowboys, will carry prize money of $A2.4 million.

Changes for 2015 include an increase in squad sizes from 16 to 18 to allow each team to rotate more players and provide longer rest periods.

The inaugural tournament attracted almost 90,000 spectators over the two days, with an estimated 6000 of those travelling from Australia.

The tournament was recognised globally at the prestigious SportBusiness International Awards in London in April.
