41 cannabis plants seized in police raid

A CANNABIS cultivation set up has been shut down in suburban Lismore by police.

Police said officers raided a Union St home last Tuesday where they seized 41 cannabis plants and 290 grams of the illicit substance.

A 47-year-old Lismore man has been issued a future court attendance notice for cultivate prohibited drug and possess prohibited drug.  

He will appear in Lismore Local Court in September.
