IT was yet another surreal moment for Voice contestant Kelsie Rimmer when she opened her mailbox on Monday.

Among the usual mail was a hand-written card from Keith Urban.

"Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed working with you, you are a true artist," coach in television's The Voice wrote.

"It was surreal," Kelsie said of receiving the card .

"The whole experience was surreal, thinking back its like 'Oh yeah I did meet him'.

"It's really inspiring to get. To have someone of that calibre tell you they believe in you is incredible."

Since the show, Kelsie has been showcasing her talent at multiple gigs across the Coast and will perform at Ladies Oaks Day on Friday as well as the official afterparty at Pelican Waters Golf Club.

She said she is writing material for her next EP after releasing her latest single, Lost Boys, which is on high rotation on radio station Hot 91.1.
