Three of the country's most renowned dancing couples will meet at Tyalgum Hall tonight.

The glittering Dance Spectacular will see the best of ballroom, Latin and new vogue dancing.

New Vogue specialists Jarrod and Jayne Dawson have just won the Open New Vogue category at the East Coast Classic Dance Championship in Sydney last weekend.

Ballroom champions Matthew Potter and Talysa Trevallion will also perform tonight followed by Latin dancers Declan Taylor and Kristina Grzic.

"Each couple will perform five routines in their respective style, showcasing the dedication and discipline that ahs carried them to the highest levels of national and international dance sport competition," said organiser Solar Chapel.

The event is the third Dance Spectacular presented by Hearts Aflame Productions in Tyalgum Hall.

"In addition to Tweed locals who come to almost every event, we are attracting more people from the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern Rivers who appreciate the uniqueness of these events," Mr Solar said.

Operatic soprano Liza Beamish will also be performing at the gala event.
