One of the keys to the success of Paul Lee Cabinetmakers is the dedication and commitment of the staff. The directors took over the business in 1986 and now employ 14 other staff. At least four of these staff members have been employed at Paul Lee Cabinetmakers for more than 10 years which is a testament to the dedication and commitment of the management and staff. During its 32years, Paul Lee Cabinetmakers has also trained 14 apprentices. “Our biggest success is our low staff turnover.” As we have the same staff members, our standard of kitchens and cabinets remains the same. Having 4 partners in the business means we can exercise greater control. The 4 partners enjoy a professional and friendly working relationship with one another as well as the staff. This relationship is enhanced through the success of the business, which caters for all areas from Toowoomba to the Gold Coast.
